Transition Program

Our mission is to provide personalized guidance to individuals who are seeking to integrate into the workforce. We provide instruction in career interest inventory assessments, career exploration, job application/resume completion, job interview preparedness, workplace readiness, workplace safety and much more. Individuals will have the opportunity to benefit from work based training at local businesses where we will coach them on how to complete their job duties. Through participation in PLC transition services, individuals will expand their understanding of themselves, the professional world, and they will ultimately grow closer to realizing their potential as members of society.
